Meeting was called to order at 2 pm by President Russ Veenema

Minutes from March 11 were approved.

Present were President Russ Veenema, Vice President Ray Ballantyne, Secretary/Historian Jim Jaqubino, Competition Chairman Richard Clendening, Rules Chairman Harry Phillips, Handicap Chairman Ron Grant, Team Captain Robert Bourns, Wa. Golf Representative Don Flores Absent was Bill Schless, Treasurer There were no guests.

Course update.  The new bathroom behind Hole #14 is now open.  There was a discussion about what designates a ground under repair area and where the penalty areas are.  There will be information forthcoming.  The Rules Committee will meet and discuss this and come up with an assessment of the situation and email the results to the membership again for clarification.

   We are now in Summer Rules, play it down. 

Treasurers report:  Balance as of 5/06/2026 is $6742.97.  There were 193 members paid as of 5/06/2026.  Expenses were $1908.92.  $350 to CAD Pro Shop for the Spring Opener.  4/6 2026, WA Golf ($863.25) 22 members.  Peninsula Awards $32.67.  CAD Pro Shop, Die Hard Duo.  5/01/2026 8 members WA Golf $313.00.  There were deposits made of $1757 received from Member Planet.

Vice President Ray Ballantyne announced that there were 4 Holes in one and several age shooters recently.

Robert Bourns talked about the upcoming 4 course clash at Port Ludlow. 

Richard Clendening mentioned that the Randy Gange Memorial and the Senior Championship is coming up very soon and notices will be sent out to the membership.
