Meeting was called to order by President Bill Berry at 2:09 pm

Pre meeting there was a raffle of some nice prizes from Richard Clendening and Garrett Smithson
There were 56 members participating in the Memorial tournament today. We were honoring the members/friends that were lost this past year. They included Al Biersma, William Fletcher and Joe Allen. You will all be missed. A special thanks was offered to the Management and Maintenance staff at Cedars At Dungeness for the excellent upgrade to the irrigation system and for keeping everything up and running.
Thank you to Daryl Ness and Justin Ewing for their service to the Men’s Club. Daryl had moved away, and Justin has decided to step down and concentrate on service to the Port Angeles High School Athletic Department as a Coach for the Football team. Thanks again.
The Board of Directors for 2025 will remain the same with the exception of Russ Veenema filling the role of Vice President. As of this time Bill Berry will be assuming the role of Team Captain and hoping to set up some truly cool Home and Home events in the upcoming year.
Thank you to Liv and staff of Food Services for the great lunch they made for us today.

Donation to Sequim High School Golf from today's event was $2335. Thanks all.
Ron Grant announced that the most improved golfers of the year were #1 Rick Towery and #2 Gary Syme.
As of the Annual Meeting we had 190 members. With a bank balance of $2526.
Rules Chairman Harry Phillips asked that members familiarize themselves with the rules of golf. The USGA Rules are available online.
Secretary Jim Jaqubino announced that if members were not receiving the monthly minutes that they are available at the Men’s Club website and also posted in the Bulletin Board outside the pro shop.

Members and friends…. In the days shortly following the meeting we lost 2 more Members and dear friends. It is with a heavy heart that I announce that Bill Rucker passed away on October 22nd at the age of 86 and Sean Butcher lost his hard-fought battle with cancer on October 25th. They will surely be missed. Hope you rest in peace gentlemen
