Meeting was called to order by President Bill Berry at 2:30 pm

Motion to accept minutes of previous meeting approved

Present were, Bill Berry – President, Russ Veenema – Vice President, Jim Jaqubino – Secretary/Historian, Steve Collatz – Treasurer, Richard Clendening- Competition Chairman, Ron Grant- Handicap Chairman, Don Flores – WA Golf Rep, and Robert Bourns- Team Captain.

Absent was Harry Phillips, Rules Chairman

There was not a whole lot of discussion this month. Russ has stated that the Hole in One and age shooters are consistent with several members regularly shooting their age. John Raske and Jerry McLinn were mentioned and congratulated for their consistency.

Treasurer Steve Collatz stated that the current membership is at 203 members. The bank balance is $4588.40 and no expenses for the month of July. Anticipated August expenses are CAD, $400 for the Men’s Club Championship. $168 to Washington Golf. $40.00 to Peninsula Awards, name plates – Club Championship, Peninsula Awards, $40.00, Presidents cup and trophy name plates. Steve Collatz announced that he will be stepping down as Men’s Club Treasurer at the end of his present term. Thank you Steve for all the hard work you have done for years.

Richard Clendening wants to remind the membership that the Club Championship is coming up.

The Annual Meeting will be held on October 15th. A list of potential Board Member position openings will be posted soon.

A motion was made to Adjourn at 3:06 pm.
